It's kind of loose.  Nominally, one night's lodging (maybe two), 
transportation, and dinner.  It varies from speaker to speaker.  Like Ad 
Konings asks for a flat fee, but uses that for his airfare and such.

For driving from Vancouver, I would guess we'd do some kind of mileage 
thing right?

Some speakers will agree to (or prefer to) be put up at someone's house 
(like Wayne and Ad will probably stay with us), which saves the club quite 
a bit.
