Phil,

It might be a good idea for you to set some ground rules for the
contest--depending on what kind of t-shirt technology you have on tap.
Number of colors, that kind of thing.

I would also favor artwork that reads well at small sizes, rather than
complex illustrations that need to be printed large to be legible.
