Dear Phil,
Thank you for your work on the flier. Meredith has requested the
Falcon Lounge 6-10:30pm on Tuesday February 9th. So that is
the date.
In the past we have moved the auction time a little. For 2008 the
idea was check in at 6:30 (especially for sellers), start at
7:30. I will be there at 6 and would like conformation of the
check in and start TIMES from the board for the flier.

we will meet in Otto Miller 127 on the evening
of January 12th 2010
7pm - 10pm-ish
we will need 8 tables
We will have our February auction/meeting on
Tuesday, February 9th in the Falcon Lounge
If we could have access from 6-10:30pm that would be wonderful
we will need 8 tables in addition to the tables already in the room
we will also need 40 chairs
