Title: Bamboo I tried minature variety in outdoor pond as emersed plant. Didn't really do very well, compared to what growns in the swamp besides pond and shed lot of leaves into water. If you are thinking of stalks, rather than live plant, you might consider coating it with clear "Verathane" like product. In past I have used it successfully on inside of wood aquariums but has been so long I don't remember exactly what it was. Read labels and test on guppy. (SPCA forgive me)
Sounds like has potential. Keep us posted.
