Since most of us in GSAS do fresh water, you might want to check out
PSAS at http://www.thepsas.org to talk with salt people.

Subject: Banggai cardinalfish

Anyone breeding the Banggai cardinalfish? Or any other marine fish... 
The new LFS here wants domestic bred saltwater fish as much as possible.
They talked me into my first reef tank this weekend, it wasn't actually 
all that hard :) I am going to try to breed a species they can use in it

and Banggai cardinalfish sound about perfect. I don't even know how many

of us have saltwater tanks but thought I would check with you guys
first.
