Question regarding membership...

Last night at the auction I signed up after the auction for a membership, I 
didn't get the name of the gal who took my membership paper but she was saying 
that she would send of at such and such a time...questions is does this person 
in charge of mem's frequent this mailing board? And if so is my paper filled 
out completely? Just making sure...
One more question anybody know a local Acrylic tank makers around here? Thanks
