Steev, I guessed correctly as to what I thought were the egg rafts. Your page on mosquitoes is great, by the way. I'll give them a try in the freezer. What made me think of it is that I have an abundance of the rafts right now (well, actually more than I would have thought), and currently have no fry. So that made me think about freezing the buggers. It's worth a shot anyhow. Keep me posted on your experiment, and I will try the same.
