Thanks Kate-

I had just read something about using iodine, that it
is really is a must...so will go find some tomorrow. 
I do have cichlid vital, which has iodine in it, would
that work? Also read that it can take a few days for
them to moult....

You say "stuck" , so is he stuck, since the back half
has come off and not the front? And how could I help
him get "un-stuck"? 

As to isolating the one moulting, I have no other
space for him....it was a struggle for my husband to
let us set tis tank up for them! LOL.....But their is
caves and rocks for them to hide in.
