Also just read the ingredients to Cichlid Vital...it contains in this order: Vitamins B2,B6,B12 Nicotinic Amide Panthenol Biotin Iodine It says to treat 1 teaspoon for every 10 gallons of water initially. Since they are only in a 5 gallon, I would then cut this in half. So 1/2 teaspoon for the 5 gallons. Do you think this would be ok?
