Hi Trish:
I never said you added salt to your tank. I said I added it to mine, and
what happened afterward to my Amano Shrimp was very strange, being that not
only they died fast, but also looked as if they had been cooked. I only
added it to the water because I had some yellow lab babies in there, and I
normally use the stuff in the adult tank.

I didn't add salt or anything, until after the crawdad
was killed by it's tank mate....only then Last night
after cleaning did I add the Cichlid Vital....nothing
else other than declorinator.
Not sure where you had gotten the idea I had added
salt.

PS the one remaining is doing fine, hiding out in a
cave. I put a small amount of carrot in, so will know
when he has come out to eat it.
