The Home Depot brand is called  "DAP."  It comes in a blue-green blister-pack
package and I think was in the paints section. I got it at the Aurora Ave N
store and I think it was about $5 for a toothpaste-sized tube.

DAP Aquarium sealant 100% silicone

(it says "AQUARIUM" on the package about six times and has a little drawing of a
fish. :)
