Personally, I've found The Fish Store to be helpful about 2/3rds of the
time, and arrogant and difficult the other third.
About a year ago they gave me specific instructions for a copper treatment
that killed more than half of my tank within two hours. "Gee, sorry," they
said. This is my experience only, but I won't shop there any more.
