RE: [GSAS-Member] I now have 3 very healthy female Dario darios!



My 6 males are in a tank that has fine gravel and a dense mat of babytears
so moving gravel would take quite a bit of effort for these teeny guys
(about 1" TL). I haven't seen any evidence that they want to move gravel
<G>...and they aren't cave spawners like Badis. Darios are supposed to
spawn in vegetation (like a clump of java moss). We'll see <G>. The
females are in a tank with sand bottom but they haven't shown any tendency
to move sand. They are more interested in scarfing up mosquito larvae!
