Linda- Keep up on the water changes (you might as well do half the tank at a time) and cut out all feeding for a few days or a week until the nitrites come down. Remember that a little salt (non-iodized salt, rock salt, or aquarium salt) is helpful to fish in surviving high nitrites. You might have to do some daily water changes even. Then see how things look when the nitrites come down.
