just saw your email. We're not talking about the same energy
frequencies. The gauss meters I described in my email to Dave do not
measure visible light. In addition to the EMF that the gauss meters
measure, I remember learning that fluorescent light do produce other
harmful radiation as well, similar to the ionizing radiation that CRT
screens produce. I bet I could track down more info on that. I'll see
what my electrician comes up with as well.

element) No. Seriously folks, I'd be much more worried about making
sure my hands were chemical free before cleaning my tank than the
radiation comming from flourescent bulbs.

John, I'm curious about the radiation that you measured. What portion
of the
E-M spectrum was it and what was the data ?

I'm sick of fluorescent
bulbs. I measured the radiation they put out, and it is quite high.
