I think you should move the babies into a bucket with a bunch of water out of 
the parent's tank. Then you can
move those other fish back in and put the abies into a tank of their own. The 
parents will spawn again, so if
you want them to raise their babies you could think about setting up a twenty 
gallon for them later. Otherwise
you could just remove the eggs or babies each time (until you run out of places 
to put them).
