I used to have a trio of fat tinfoil barbs, but they were getting a little big and hungry for that tank, so Rick adopted them. I was thinking about one or two green severums, as I understand they are pretty much community friendly and will get to a nice size--though still smaller than my big fat barbs were. (Festivum is another option.) Currently I am keeping mollies, swordtails, clown loaches, plecos, gouramis, and SAEs in a tank planted with crypts, anubias, water sprite, hornwort, and water lettuce. Substrate is eco-complete and so not easy for small fish to dig in. I'd appreciate comments from cichlid fans, and if I am not crazy for thinking about green severums (or the festivum) LMK if you have any for sale or adoption. Thanks!
