4" is about right. I've had a pair in every community tank I've owned (Including the big one with my discus) and they are just great. I wouldn't put 2 males in together though. One will dominate the other and may kill him. But 1 male with 1 or more females is great. Fast fish, always moving, and fun to watch. They usually go for around $10 at the LFS.

They are very nice looking. How big do they get? I just looked them up
online and it looks like about 4"?
