As was previously posted, a betta vase is OK if all the "ifs" are met...
- IF the water is kept clean
- IF the fish can get to the surface
- IF the fish is fed properly
Bettas are a special case though. From what I know of the dwarf frogs (I have
one now) I would not put it in such a small container.
They do like to move around a lot... a lot more than bettas, that's for sure.
I'd say that a gallon is the absolute minimum for them
and 5g is much better. (That's my tank at work.)
