I've been able to borrow some netting to use to seine the pond. Although it's a pretty big piece borrowed from the NOAA Net Loft, it should work! It was hard to find something with a fine enough mesh! No float line or lead line, but with enough people, we should be able to do the job. So, now it's a matter of finding the best time. Susan and Meredith have offered to help, but again, it's a schedule thing. I might have Friday afternoon off and all day Saturday and Sunday but it's supposed to be pretty awful this weekend. But if the sun comes out or the rain stops, I'd like to try to give it a go this weekend. It'd be best to know who might be around and available on quick notice. Again....the pond is near Canyon Park/Country Village in Bothell. It's within 2 miles of both noted locations. It's a small pond....no deeper than 3' at the deepest, so knee boots or hip boots would be good. I'll try to drain as much as I can to lower that depth.
