[GSAS-Member] Spotless Gold Killi Question

A Place for Pets has a couple of pair of gorgeous Spotless Gold (Aph
austral) killi.  I am looking at them online though and the photos I see
online show all sorts of body markings that are not on the fish I saw.  The
pics online make it look more like a gold Gardneri.

Am I confusing two different species or do all those body markings come as
he matures because he is "spotless" right now?  I like the idea of the
bright solid orange killi and want it to stay that way.  Please let me know
if anyone can help me sort this out.
