Problems if you have insulation between the two floors! Also two sheets of
drywall. Water can get sandwiched between them. Do you rent or own?

Well, it was bound to happen.

 

I was refilling my 30 gal in my front room and a client called.  Hooray! We
found a million dollar building to buy.  

 

Um.wasn't I doing something?

 

THE TANK!

 

Lots of water is now rushing over the side of my tank and down the stand
onto the floor.

So much water all over the front room carpet. Soaked.

Then the phone rang with the neighbors downstairs with water dripping from
their ceiling.

 

Not so good.

 

Luckily my friend down the street had a wet-vac and I got to work.

 

I intend to never do that again.
