  Hi Shango,

  To me, the walter/microworm and vinegar eels are pretty easy to maintain.  
However, they maybe too small for some of the fish.  
  And Grindal and White worms maybe better suited for bigger fish however it 
seems takes more care and know how to maintain.  And it kind of funny but some 
people have no problem and the other just can't keep them although they do 
pretty much same way to culture them.

  Anyway, here is a link for live food culture.  I think it will give you some 
basic idea.
