Since Susan W.'s peacock gudgeons spawned within days of receipt and I 'might' actually have both sexes of Dario dario sometime in the foreseeable future, I'm stocking up on the live foods that work well for me (anything not squirmy wormy and white). I've got the following on order: Ceriodaphnia dubia Daphnia pulex Moina sp. (Daphnia) Daphnia magna ephippium (cysts) Fresh Water mixed copepods I've used these guys several times in the past and have been very happy with them: http://www.aquaculturestore.com/fwinverts.html Susan brought me some microworms that I may grit my teeth and work with but I won't enjoy it. I'll try to keep these copepods/daphnia pure so I can share once I get sufficient volumes. That means finding MORE of those little baby brine shimp nets which has been a problem for me. I just have ONE! I like having the smaller food critters around cuz most of my fish are on the small side.....most can't handle something like a full-sized mosquito larvae or bloodworms. These guys also have FW rotifers but I never know if I've got anything growing in those cultures so I passed this time round.
