There are a few options for the output depending on what you're trying to do with it. A spraybar seems to be the most common application, and breaks the surface nicely. If you already have something breaking the surface(I have a HOB style filter in addition to my canister), you can have an aimable output to help get you the circulation that you want. I have mine creating a bit of a whirlpool in conjunction with my HOB and a powerhead on the bottom of the tank that after fine- tuning keeps poo from settling on the sand. I believe that there are other types of outputs, but those are the 2 main ones that I've seen. This website, which is terrible, also has the lowest prices I've been able to find and the order that i placed with them was promptly shipped after the paypal thing cleared. http://www.petblvd.com/cgi-bin/pb/search?bs=1&em=1&su=1&fi=products&st=db&tf=comb_category,description&sf=comb_category&se=Fish%20Supplies:Parts:Canister%20Filters They might have what you're looking for, but it would take some wading through, their search function isn't very good. Another option is to try a good website and get a part number then search by that. :) Laurel On Mar 1, 2008, at 8:26 AM, Shango Los wrote: > Hi all, > > > > I bought a gorgeous Eheim filter from Mark that is making all the fish > happy.
