Re: [GSAS-Member] Snails

No wonder there were none left when I went there that night!

I laughed so hard when I read this Phil. Thanks for that.

I bought all the Nerite snails at A Place for Pets today. They keep them in
freshwater there. $2.99 ea.

Apparently Shango had already left when we were discussing this: you don't
realy need to acclimate the nerite snails to freshwater. The things are
like cockroaches, you simply cannot kill them, be it by dumping a whole bag
o fthem in freshwater, saltwater, brackish, peat, toilet water, hell you
could probably float them in a keg of Pyramid Ale and they'd clean the walls
of the keg and do it with a smile.

Seriously, don't worry about acclimating them. Buy them, insert, enjoy!

Phil
