I've been so unwilling to try a clarifying agent or any other various chemical of which I don't know the ingredients. This was a last ditch effort before tearing the tank apart, as water changes every other day merely dropped the level of cloudiness and it came back. My second dose of the "Clarity" has worked wonders. The tank is crystal clear and looks fantastic. Hopefully it stays like this! On the downside, the nerites that I bought at APFP last weekend are dead and appear to be decomposing, so I need to pull them out. I'm at a loss here. I think I'm going to try some cherry shrimp to control algae. If they don't work, I'm almost ready to get rid of the tank. It's been nothing but problems for me since I set it up. -Laurel On May 25, 2008, at 6:30 PM, matt kaufman wrote: > Just do lots of water changes. Lots. 25% every other day.
