Central Welding in Lynnwood fills CO2 tanks while you wait. It costs
a little more than swapout, but like Erik said, if you have a nice
tank, sometimes it's worth it. Big E Ales in Lynnwood/MLT does CO2
tank swapouts for $5. I have a new, shiny, pretty aluminum tank for
my kegerator that I paid $13 to have filled at Central Welding.
