Isn't the common name of that one millfoil? Aquatic stores have been selling it 
for years.  Be very careful to dry the plant out and make sure it's completely 
dead if you dispose of it and don't put it into the compost.

I picked up a most beautiful plant the other week at The Fish Store.  It is
called a Parrot Feather.  It seems to be going into some sort of blooming
stage.  I have searched for it online to learn more but all my search
results are overwhelmed by reports of it as a noxious aquatic weed.  If
anyone has a database they really like for aquarium plants online, would you
please share it with me?
