Matt, The secret is really clean water! These guys are particularly sensitive to nitrate poisoning and die quickly after exposure to what is considered moderate levels for most other fishies. I had a big colony get wiped out when I let the tank go once. Now I only have a few left struggling for survival in my cichlid occupied 55G. I've been meaning to get another "starter culture" :) -Bryan On Mon, Nov 10, 2008 at 11:56 PM, Matt Staroscik <matt@wrongcrowd.com>wrote: > What's the secret to keeping them alive?
