Aquabid.com is pretty well-known.  The big plant forums like APC probably 
have for-sale boards -- Paul and Roy would have better insight than me on 
those.  The AGA forum (a very small audience) has a for-sale board that 
you could post on.

I will say, however, that heating cable systems have been more or less 
"debunked" in the plant world these days.  Dupla has fallen out of favor, 
while Amano's star has risen.  Instead of Duplarit and Duplagan, people 
are shelling out the huge bucks for Power Sand and Green Brighty.  But you 
might find a history buf interested in heating coils.

CO2 and high light, however, are universal. :)
