I don't have beautiful plants as you have, but same as you I use calcium 
chloride and epsom salt in a 4:1 ratio to increase the hardness of  the water. 
The hardness of the water is 4dH and I add CaCl2 and Epsom salt to increase the 
hardness to 6 dH. I use the EI method so I make weekly 50% water change, that 
means that I increase the water hardness weekly. Same time I increase the 
alkalinity from 4 KH to  6 KH by adding baking soda. You may calculate how much 
CaCl2, epsom salt and baking soda you need to add,but my advice is to use a GH 
and a KH tester to find out how much of these substance you need to add.
