A lot of the vitamins can be absorbed from the water, Yes.

Not really. An overdose is unlikely espe3cially when you dose them as I
mentioned,
since the vitamins that dissolve into the water are mostly non-toxic, except for
extreme doses of Niacin - just like with people. I've had good luck doing this.
