I didn't have any problems with the tanks inside since I have a heat pump
in my new place (whew). Upstairs it got to roughly 85F when my thermometer
said 101-102F outside, but I had all the tank lights off and all the tanks
had aeration/filtration. My problems were with the outside
mini-ponds/stock tanks. I was afraid my little pond with whiteclouds would
really suffer, but that was in a shadier spot (and totally covered with
duckweed & pistia.
