Re: [GSAS-Member] African group order (and some SA fishes)

HI Jeff,
Welcome to Washington. I also spent many years with Africans. I am in
the process of reducing my hobby for personal reasons but I still have
a few things and still love this group of fish. I just wanted to
mention that we do have another good live fish shop that often has a
good selection of Africans. It is Conway tropical up in Conway, which
is north almost to Mt Vernon. The owner, Jim is very knowledgeable
and raises several species to resale. He supports our club with
discounts and always donates heavily to our auctions. One of the guys
in the store, Cory is also into Africans and he is an active member of
our club. When you get a chance you should run up there.

Subject: [GSAS-Member] African group order (and some SA fishes)

Hi, after searching the area for african, I have not found much
availabilty in the area, so I am setting up a group order from someone
I know back in Michigan. He has over 500 tanks in his house and is one
of the largest frontosa breeder in the USA.. I have a fish list that
has:
Tanganakis:
frontosa fry (several kinds), calvus, brichardi daffidills,
leluipiss, synodontis petricolas, trophues juvies (bemba, red saddle,
Ikola, duboisi white band), julies
S/A: (F1's)
Apistogramma, Corydorus, Gymnogeophagus
Malawis: Male adult peacocks, moorii dolphins juvies, many hap juvies,
white and yellow labs, Pheno star stapphire, demasoni, elongatus
cheweres, msobo deeps, pseudo blue dolphins, lithobate zrocks, and a
few more.

Everyone will share ship cost and box fees. I had 4 boxes of fish
shipped to me via aircargo for a total cost of $77 (that's less than
$20 per box). Aircargo shipments are shipped on same day and it's the
cheapest method of transporting fishes.

Approx order time: Mid October
Where fish can be picked up: At Seatac airport or at my house @
northern lynnwood area.
Money for fish and box fees will be paid ahead. Remaining for ship
cost due at pickup. All fishes must be picked up upon arrival. I
will not hold em in my tanks.

Second order: Wild frontosa & wild tangs from Oakland, CA.
Group up and save on ship cost.
Approx order time: October or when we make a min order of 3 boxes of
fishes.

send me an email to gobluecichlids@yahoo.com if interested in joining
the order.

Find that fish you've been looking for without driving all
over...you've come to the right place (well...almost..)...
I am not a store and do not have rows and rows of tanks..I am just an
average person with 2-3 tanks and do group orders. I have many
connections and will be making additional orders from these sources.
If you have any questions about africans, feel free to email me, I've
had more than 100 different speicies that I could share info about.
