[GSAS-Member] Next Generation Lights

Hello All,

So all this research into lights and bulbs has alerted me to the  
existence of both T5 lights and HO lights by Coralife.  I have been  
told by two sources that the bulbs for my compact fluorescent lights  
are being phased out by Coralife.  They have already stopped making  
some sizes and pin styles.

SO, I would like to know what the next generation of light is going to  
be because I may be needing to get something new soon and will  
obviously be going to a new technology.  I'm sure there are at least a  
few light geeks in the group who know where the hobby is headed and  
what has a good price/benefit ratio.  I love the idea of LED but that  
technology doesn't seem ready for a hobbyist yet who just wants to  
plug and play.  So what am I buying next and why?
