I highly recommend http://www.naturalwoodcrafters.com/. I ordered a custom, 
mahogany stand for my ADA mini-L and while it was more expensive than the 
standard oak, it was beautiful and well worth the extra cost! They're down in 
Oregon but make deliveries in the area each month.
