There are some people who have had bad experiences but there are also those that have had equally good experiences: "I have purchased a tank from them about 6 months ago. I did not have any problems with them. But then again i didnt ask for custom baffles to be added. I added them my self. They told me it was $15 per baffle to add them their self. The tank that i received was perfect. Great quality. Customer service was good too. It sounds like they went down hill. What a shame." (from the first thread) Guess it comes down to who you trust. Maybe give them a call and see how they are doing?
