Thank you everybody for the reply. Currently I am using 2x10W CFL full spectrum 
Lights of America(bought from Walmart) 
bulbs on my 10 gal shrimp tank. They don't specify the colour temperature for 
these bulbs but they say are full spectrum. These bulbs works pretty good for 
the low light plants that I keep in this aquarium and I didn't have any major 
algae issues. 
I would like to start a new 10 gal set-up with more light, that's why I 
purchased these bulbs. Maybe 2x18W for that tank is too 
much, I will probably use one 18W and one 10W bulb.
