Hi, I have had kribs kill of a whole school of 6-8 angel fish (over quarter size, more like half dollar) in a 75 gallong tank defending fry. I thought I cleared them all out, only to discover a whole other set of fry in the sump tank. They are now in our rainbow tank and successfully spawning with 6 full grown rainbow fish and about 30 other kribs. A pair has just claimed the corner of the ?45 gallon tank for theirs. The current strain we started in the club a few years back, actually came from wild caught fish that I picked up at ACA in sacramento. It was pretty cool to see wild caught ones so I had to pick them up again. Awesome color on them. If they are big enough, some of the stores may trade you store credit for them. Some of the stores recognize that locally grown and raised fish/plants do better and they get good referals for. It sometimes takes a bit to grow that relationship at the store and may depend on who is working there that day. Welcome to the club.
