I bought mine at, and they almost always have them at Denny's Pet World in Kirkland. Make sure to do some web research to set his expectations correctly. I have had mine for 2 years and it has just finally taken off in the last 4 months. It is definitely a plant that dies back to the roots when it changes tanks. Also the lace can get clogged with algae so you'll want to be aware f that if you are putting it into an unbalanced tank.
