I had mine in a 20-gallon shrimp tank with a 175-watt halide. The leaves grew to be 30" long and 4" wide. The leaves are delicate and don't do well get moved around, such as with catching fish or bumping into with lots of tank scrubbing. When I moved it into my tank with less light, it totally died.
