Submission Elements / Constituents

Yesterday, Roger asked if we could move to discussing Submission Elements /
Constituents. While we have Judging currently on the floor, I think it safe
to allow for the discussion of this other topic at the same time.

To make things easier for people to follow, please confine your comments in
a particular posting to ONE of those topics, and please use the appropriate
SUBJECT line in your post. If you wish to address both issues, please make a
second post for the other topic. That is the only way you can follow a
thread.

The floor is open for further discussion of Submission Elements /
Constituents.
