Formulating a scorecard for Judges to use is an excellent idea (until we start seeing things like - "...and a 3.4 from the Russian judge..."). But for the inexperienced Judge, it would be a boon. Basing it on a form used in another arena might be fine. this could be part of the Judging guidelines and should be given to each judge. I would hope that depending upon the number of entries received, we could get the Judges to give us some written feedback on at least some of the entries. Perhaps this should be stipulated to the judges at the time we ask them and outline our expectations.
