Ken writes: If we still include the check box which indicates whether the
person wants to be in the "contest", then I agree 100%. However, somewhere
along the line, the term "aquatic garden" will still have to be defined a
little more clearly, which sort of gets us back to square one, doesn't it?
Personally, I would prefer that the panel of judges define the term - maybe
with the AGA's or our guidance.
