All,

I was going to post an earlier email to James on my thoughts for the judging
guidelines, but he went ahead and posted them on the webpage, which saved me
lots of trouble because I only have about half the email saved in my drafts
folder (Thanks James!)  Anyhow, these are my thoughts on judging guidelines,
and they are pretty well outlined on the site.  Comments and modifications
invited and encouraged...
