re: Inflation of scores

I wasn't worried about any single person being favored when I brought this
up, I was more concerned with *every* entry being awarded an "above average"
score.  By definition, only about half of the entries should be "above
average".  Maybe it's just me, but I don't like seeing anything scored where
the "average" score (relative to each other entry judged) is around 90%.
