Is is possible to design a page on the contest web site that can be copied to printer and then hand delivered to LFS/club with all necessary info including contest web address. This page should be inthe form of a hand-out and may be in color for those able to print color. Something eye catching. Time table. A possible timetable for future shows: Entries open on January first at 00:01 and close on August first. At which time Entries are sorted into classes/categories etc. Then about Sept.first to Oct. first, finalization for judging. Oct. firt to Nov. first, judging takes place. During the month of Nov. Entries/results are returned to the show co-ordinator and put on the website for display during Dec. And everything starts again in Jan. All dates can be adjusted as necessary except Opening day. With a standard opening day on Jan. first, a new contest/showcase starts with a new year.
