Publish email and city? or not?

I think email should definitely be an optional thing.  I don't think
we're gonna have much debate over that...
I think the city should be included, but that the published city is a
different "blank" on the form than just their address.   For instance,
I used to live in a small city that was 30 miles north of San Diego.
I'd probably rather say that this aquascape came from San Diego or The
San Diego Area and have some people know the general area that I'm
from, than say that this aquascape came from Escondido and only 2
people know where that is....
