I was thinking that for printed material, we wouldn't give the full guidelines, but rather a seriously shrunk-down entry form (or have it on another page), and then just a summary of what the thing is about, and the most general of guidelines. It's another crazy weekend (I'm putting together a 22-page magazine for our club, which is the LARGEST we've ever done :), but if I get finished, maybe I'll take a stab at reducing 24 pages of stuff into two small-printed. Meanwhile, go ahead and send me the PDF and I'll put it up.
